This page covers topics on adding, subtracting and multiplying fractions for students of different ages and abilities. Just spending 30-minute each day will help strength their skills and ace in school tests.

On this page, you will find fraction skills for students from 3rd grade to 8th grade. All the lessons have been carefully put together keeping in mind the needs and requirements of students preparing for middle school.

There is a great mix of fraction lessons on proper and improper fractions. You can start with proper fraction, that is, a fraction where the numerator is less than the denominator. Fraction Addition - Basic 1 has a number of simple problems on proper fractions. If you are a beginner, you may struggle a bit, but once you get the hang of it, it's not at all difficult. Thereafter, you can go ahead with improper fraction, that is, a fraction where numerator is greater than the denominator. Fraction Addition - Medium I and II have a number of problems on both proper and improper fractions. Now that you have gained enough confidence, you can solve some more mixed variation problems to further brush up on your fraction skills.

You can simultaneously practice subtracting and multiplying fractions, and follow the same pattern as adding fractions.
